resilience programme
Falling down is part of life, getting back up is living.
Jose N. Harris
In times of stress, resilience is key.

In this programme you will learn research-based techniques that help you build resilience, navigate setbacks, and identify your purpose. Drawing on the latest research in neuroscience and psychology, the aim is for you to find solid footing when you are feeling overwhelmed and provide a way to find the strength to bounce back.

This educational programme is designed to help you improve your resilience and feel more connected to others—ultimately providing an overall sense of well-being.

Collaborating with scholars, clinical psychologists, and other renowned professionals, the course combines contemporary psychology and scientific resilience research with sound techniques of personal growth and professional development that have been tested over years.
Resilience training has demonstrated many beneficial effects on self-care, reduced stress and anxiety, increased compassion and empathy, and greater capability for achieving goals.

During the programme you will keep a Resilience Log to gain insights into your emotions and to start to manage your well being. You will analyse a range of scenarios that will help you to learn how to bounce back from setbacks and use key techniques, such as growth mindset, mindfulness, and gratitude.
You will also interact with a qualified life coach, philosophers and professionals to learn strategies for developing greater resilience, including how to conquer your fears and to achieve your life goals.

This programme will enhance your ability to
-
apply a more positive and optimistic attitude in any area of your life
-
overcome feelings of fear and stress and become more confident
-
develop the skills to adapt in a world of constant change
